The room is very nice and clean, but the check-in was messy. It was also not clear it is not a hotel but basically and apartment converted to two rooms, so all in all ok.

Lovely property

Lovely property in walking distance of the centre. The property is in excellent condition and the gentle on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were only here 24 hours but would definitely book again. Motorcycles can be parked on the road out front.

STAY AWAY!!! Orbitz and/or the owner pretends that San Felice is a hotel, but these are rented rooms. When you book, you see photographs of rooms and a cafe. Orbitz says there is a safe and luggage storage at the front desk, so you think it’s a hotel-but there is no front desk! It says breakfast is served 7-10 AM for a fee. There was no breakfast on site, except in local cafes, but it's not a service offered at S Felice. I was traveling on business: I had 5 min for checking in and had to run to a meeting, having chosen this hotel because it was the closest from the train station and my meeting location. I arrived to check-in and there was NOBODY answering the buzzer. It took about 20 min of frantic calling the hotel number (the answering machine) and Orbitz (15 min wait for an associate to answer-to no avail). Finally, someone from the "hotel" listened to my message on the answering machine, and started to text me on WhatsApp. I was 25 min late for my meeting. While running there, the texting person with no name and no face had the nerve to ask me to send the photo of my passport over the phone!! When I declined, they were suddenly ready to run to meet me in person! I asked about breakfast-no breakfast. I asked about luggage storage-the texted reply said I could leave luggage in my room. And then what? Where & when would I pick it? I asked in the morning, but nobody answered and I decided I couldn’t trust them and took the luggage with myself… The worst hotel experience ever.
