Excellent hotel with very nice rooms, very helpful staff and one of the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had in travels. Excellent location to get to shops, restaurants and train station. This will be my hotel whenever I go to Bologna.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice room although very generic - doesn't reflect charm of Medieval Bologna. Gorgeous rooftop bar. Hairdryer didn't work and toilet ran sometimes.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel in an ideal location for us as we arrived by train. Lovely spacious room. We arrived before check in but were able to leave our bags and when we came back they had already been taken to our room which was very helpful! Breakfast was an amazing buffet. Staff were most helpful at check in and again on leaving, particularly Gary.

A fabulous 3 days.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed and linen. 3 great restaurants, the degustation was nearly 4 hours of deliciousnes. Absolutely wonderful. The building of a tramline section in front of the hotel is complete so no noise or dust. Easy access in a taxi.

New Year's trip

We spend two days at the hotel and the location is very central; the breakfast absolutely amazing and room was comfortable if small. The staff was very accommodating, they called me when our flight got delayed toensure that we were still coming, which was a first for me.
