Great place

Stay one night and it was really good. A little far for city center but it was good for us. The room where big and clean with nice comfortable beds and good AC.

Clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. Hotel is just out of the centre of Bologna, about a 20 - 30 mins walk to the main square but there is a good and regular bus route (25) that runs from outside the hotel, past the train station. Hotel facilities were adequate. Small bar area . Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a small suite which was a good space with an enormous bed. Bed linen was beautifully clean as was the whole of the room. Would definitely consider a return visit if returning to Bologna.

Great place and amazing staff service. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was included. The receptionist were very nice and helpful. They looked up how much taxi will cost and what will be cost effective.

Very nice large room with a super extra large bed. The lady at the reception was very helpful and went out of her way to me an upgrade of the room as they did not have what I asked for. The only thing missing would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit outside

Great hotel, with some room for improvement

Very nice hotel stay. Overall good experience. Only feedback is breakfast was not really what I'd expect from 4* and also there was no iron and ironing board for use in the hotel. Otherwise, would definitely recommend a stay here.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The staff will answer your questions politely. The breakfast is sufficient and they will make you espresso and cafe latte. It is far from the center of town, but you can walk there or take a bus, so it is not too difficult.

Clean, modern hotel with large and well furnished rooms, spacious, breakfast included (bfast buffet was ok). Balcony was a plus. Staff (Eli and Lorenzo and everyone else were very very nice and helpful). Recommend this hotel if you have a car, walking to the center is possible but not exactly convenient. Overall this hotel is an excellent value and reasonably priced for the good quality it offers.

Nice hotel but tiny room

It’s a modern hotel with plenty of parking space. Very easy access to Bologna town center by bus. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast. The bathroom is very clean. The only down side is our room was tiny. A queen size bed was jammed into the room with at most a foot of clearance on each side. We had to walk side ways to get into and get off the bed. Both my husband and I are on the slim side, not sure how anyone would find such tight space comfortable!

The lady at the front desk that works there in the evenings was extremely rude and unhelpful. Provided false information regarding laundry services availabilities/ timings, and cab service bookings. Was also just generally rude to talk to. The hotel itself was sufficiently clean and the breakfast staff were friendly overall. Even though you put a do not disturb sign on your door, the rooms still got entered for various reasons (cleaning/ dropping off towels despite not requesting it). Overall average experience.

A reasonable choice

The hotel is north of the city but only a 10 min drive from the airport. So, don't bother with the Marconi Express. A taxi was only 20 euros (including tip). It's in a strange area but it's quiet and felt safe enough. The room was a good size. It had a balcony but no seating and definitely no picturesque view. The walls were very thin. We could hear everything going on in the bathroom next door. And there was weird plumbing running through the wall behind our bed. Every 15 mins there was a rush of water. Felt like we were sleeping next to Niagra falls. Ear plugs helped. Our own bathroom was clean but the shower leaked and getting it warm was a challenge. Breakfast wasn't great. Unless you like cake - lots of variety there. But no coffee machines and the rest was limited. If you’re staying there, try the ramen restaurant down the road (Hana Ramen) and the brewery/restaurant a couple of streets away (Doppio Malto). Both great.

Hotel pas approprié pour les voyageurs d’affaires. Pas de fer à repasser disponible dans la chambre, ni à disposition si demandé à la reception. L’équipe n’a pas souhaité m’aider à en emprunter un. Couverture supplémentaire demandée mais seul un drap a été livré. Tarte congelée au petit déjeuner (le staff n’a pas eu l’air de s’en préoccuper lorsque je leur ai signalé). On avait automatiquement compté une place de parking dans la note finale alors que je n’avais pas de voiture (et dans tous les cas mes avantages Expedia m’en auraient dispensé).
