“Totally disgusting ! The carpet was so dirty that in the morning we were taking a shower and dirt just started coming off . The bottom of our feet were totally black . We had to stand on towels and then wear shoes. Couch was dirty and was afraid to sit on it . The hair dryer didn't work , the coffee was the cheapest i've seen and they had no sugar or sweetener The pictures make it look great but it's a huge apartment complex and it's very difficult getting to the room and the parking garage”
