Staff was absolutely stunning. Any issues we had got instantly resolved! Having amazing conversations and relatable times with staff allowed an easy and homely stay for our week at the red lion. Each person was personal and if a situation were to raise it was instantly resolved!

Staff was nice but never at front desk. The hotel was so outdated and falling apart. Okay if you are on a budget but not even worth the price. Pool was closed, carpets were dirty. Footprints & handprints all over mirror & wall. Only saving factor is the location is good.

Adjustment for room temperature is not individual for rooms. Could not get room to cool down and had to leave door open to try and cool down then had flies in the room.

They had homeless people living in it recently, the building was filthy and poor condition. Additionally there were prostitutes working out of the building as well.

I liked the breakfasr and it was near downtown. I didn't like the one elevator to get down. I didn't like that the pool looked dated. I loved the room. Was relieved it was comfortable, clean and pretty.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. But the hotel was old, looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 70’s. Carpet in hallways were dirty and in some places had a funky smell. I give the staff kudos for being so nice and friendly in a tough kinda place.

All the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, caring. The property is so run down - the hallways, carpet. rooms in good shape. Pool area terrible, dead plants, weeds, pool is dirty and has mold. The lobby is warm, the hallways warm. Fans everywhere. Ran out of food at breakfast by 815am. very slow to refill, brought undercooked bacon.
