Second time here in the multi-family room that accommodated our entire family. The room is spacious, unique in its own set up that allows enough room for 8 people. The breakfast was and is always amazing. And the coffee machine is amazing especially on mornings you need the extra push. Definitely will stay again.

The rooms themselves are quiet, meaning I didn't hear anyone around me, but the hotel is close to the main highway, so you can hear that. The breakfast was great- bagels and cream cheese, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon and homestyle potatoes, oatmeal, and toppings, three different cereals, yogurt, fruit, latte machine, juices. they have a lot of store where you can buy snacks and drinks, including white claws :-) & they sell nice wine. The staff was incredibly nice! we do not use the pool, hot tub or gym, but they looked nice.

Other than that room was okay. Breakfast was good except one. The ham was not good. Was disappointing from the other Best Western I have stayed at in other states.

Cheap upgrades and lacking in cleanliness. While the staff was kind, our beds were comfortable, and the room was adequate…the bathroom was horrendous. Mold, shower curtain jammed into the Sheetrock to hold it in place, cracked tile. We stayed in room 228 and the bathroom needs some major help. Breakfast ends at 9am instead of 10am. There were people drinking in the hallway upon check-in. Not the worst place to stay if you need to book close to College of Idaho. Otherwise, I’d book elsewhere.
