Overall it was a good state room was very big

I when there for a surgery. The person from Front Desk was kind enough to make the exception to bring breakfast up since I was not able to go down. It was a nice gesture as they don’t have the staff to do this.I do think it would be nice if they had some items already in the kitchen. There was no pots and pans or any utensils to make food. Not even plates they did brought certain things up upon request but it’s a pain to do this so having some basic things already in the room would be nice

Super nice place

Super nice people. The original hotel was going through renovation so they sent me to another location just a mile away. Paid for my taxi and called me twice to ensure comfort. Staff super nice.

Loved the place, service was good, the only thing that bothered me was that there is no elevator so the trip to the fourth floor was exhausting. They could provide the customer a couple more towels since some of us like to shower more than once a day but other than that I had a pleasant experience.

Hotel sin ascensor (Que locura!!!!) A pesar de que nos colaboraron con una habitación en el primer piso, al momento de cobrar recargaron la cuenta en US$15 aduciendo que teníamos que pagar adicional debido al tipo de sello del pasaporte (TOTALMENTE FALSO, FUIMOS EXONERADOS EN TODOS LOS DEMÁS HOTELES). Abusaron del desconocimiento de nosotros como turistas para cobrarnos más. Pésima práctica de negocios. No lo recomiendo, para nada.

Bekväm och rent.

Hotellet var bra med snälla personaler och städare gjorde mycket rent och fint, men rummet var kallt och att tvätta händerna i handfat var mycket kallt. Att duscha gjorde man med hot vatten och den var bra. Deras frukost buffen var lätt buffen. Madrassen var hård och var svårt att sova.

Watch out for the rip off

As confirmed by Expedia I reached the hotel from Airport about 11pm.Surprise!! The confirmation was transfer to their sister hotel Viaggio Country. We were not notified this change. So we went to Viaggio Country and a second surprise greeted us!! The price guaranteed by Expedia means nothing but now it is 15% higher.. We had no choice in the midnight hours but to fall for the highway robbery.

Hotel práctico, cómodo y bien ubicado.

El hotel es muy bueno y cómodo, sencillo y con un personal muy amable y atento a tus necesidades. El único aspecto a observar, es que no tiene ascensor, por lo que no es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida o con maletas muy pesadas, ya que la escalera de acceso es angosta y no tiene un pasamanos firme.

Medianamente satisfecho.

La habitación es amplia, bien iluminada, la terraza le da un toque mas informal. Al respaldo de la recepción, se escucha lo de afuera. El lunar del edificio-no tiene parqueadero (es un garaje doble, solo autos pqños). Las instalaciones y comodidades del baño no son tan buenas como en los otros edificios.

It is a very nice hotel in a nice quiet area near the no so quiet area plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs. The amenities could be better, the staff is friendly and helpful.
