Only good thing about this hotel was the staffStaff was great, but I have to say not sure how can this hotel can be ratet excellent by travellers… the room was not clean, the sheets and towels looked very old and used, with stains and falling apart (I even have to put my tshirt over the pillow because it was gross to put my head on it) and the noise from outside the street was tormenting and also inside the hotel. I booked for 4 nights and left next day

The breakfast only includes 2 eggs and a piece of dry bread. Not at all what the pictures depict. The lock on the room also did not work and the bed was hard as a rock. The staff on the other hand was extremely helpful and pleasant. Room Setup was great to get work done.

This is another place I always use when I visit my family. Across the street from Centro Chía, a nice mall where you will find different kinds of stores, 2 supermarkets a movie theater and a park to just relax and catch some sun rays. It is close to my family so it is a preferred place. Thank you guys.

It is a nice hotel very near a lot of things, there is a huge shopping mall and easy to walk. The hotel is friendly and filled with the university students. I was able to eat breakfast when I needed it. The only thing I didn’t like it’s that breakfast it’s over at 9:00 a.m. so if I wake up late I’m out of luck.

The property is well located, close to restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The room is comfortable, the bed a bit hard. The restaurant staff is excellent, very friendly. I didn't like that every time we left, they asked if we were guests, what room we had, and how long we were staying. The questions were a bit awkward. They said it was because the property is also a student residence and they are very strict about who goes up to the rooms or common areas, but we weren't students, nor do we look like students. I think they could treat hotel guests differently than residents.

The property itself is nice and located close to mall waking distance. When we arrived to our room the linens on the bed were stained. The beds are extremely hard. I wish they can provide a mattress topper as I would wake up with a backache every day. Eventually, had to purchase one to get a good night sleep plus pillows as the pillows provided were very flat. The first few floors are dorms for the students attending the nearby university. We tried using the pool table but they don’t allow after 11 pm. This may be a rule for the students but they should allow the guests to use facilities at least until midnight. Tried a few times but the students were using and played until the allowed time so never got to enjoy the pool table. The hotel doesn’t have ac so we had no choice but to keep window open and our room faced the main road so expect a lot of noise. As it got later in the night it did cool down but the traffic noise is all day and night. Aside from that it was convenient and clean and the reception girls were attentive.

The kitchen has Not utensils, you have to rent The emergency exit was very dark, no phones in te room. They have water in the gym but yoou have to get your own cups.I red they have BBQ GRILL it didn't work. Very rud people in front desk, I reserved a primium room with two beds and tried to force me to take a single one. Definitely i do not recomend this place.
