Very limited English spoken here. No way to communicate. We were charged again for our stay (after we'd booked and paid through Expedia). My husband paid what they'd asked for before he knew I'd already paid for it. They were confused about Expedia. We asked for charge to be refunded on our credit card but got excuses for five days as to why they couldn't do that..boss not there, can't do it on weekend, can't do it on a holiday...Finally, after my husband lost his temper, they gave us our refund in cash. Cannot recommend this hotel.

OK hotel, good value

It is a small quiet hotel in a convenient location in Bogotá (between the airport and downtown, walking distance to a Trans Milenio station). Breakfast is OK. It can be a bit loud at times as room soundproofing is poor...I woke up to the front door doorbell in the middle of the night. The location has a few reasonable eating options nearby. The room was a bit small, but OK for just sleeping. Service was a bit on the poor side. Overall good value for the money.
