It’s a good size Apartment for 2 . Bathroom is tiny but kitchen and living área are good . Good location very close to the historic part of town. Lots food option nearby . No heater but they organized a electric heater after on the second day of our trip . Good option forms 2 or 3 day stay .

Torres Ventis – Bogotá The hotel is very basic. The room was reasonably clean, but there was no housekeeping service during the stay. It is quite noisy, especially from outside through the window. The neighborhood is not very attractive and feels rather local, but there are plenty of Uber drivers available, which makes getting around easy. There is a laundry room in the hotel, but it did not work because everything is operated digitally via an app that was not functioning. No one at the hotel spoke English and no one was able to help us, so we had to take our laundry to a nearby laundromat on the street. That said, for the price you really cannot complain. The hotel is very cheap and offers good value for money. A reasonable option if you are looking for a budget stay and do not expect much comfort or service. ⭐ Good value for money ⭐ Basic comfort ⭐ Limited service

I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. The apartment I was given was in another building from the one I booked and was also smaller than the one I’d booked. I asked for a partial refund and have still not been given one. Would not recommend this company. Location was close to sites if interest though.

El lugar es muy céntrico, muy bonito, y lo que ofrecen del sitio es bueno.! Sin embargo me parece que se debe d empeorar el canal de comunicación con el anfitrión ya que despues de las 10 pm no contestan, y es casi imposible le que solucionen alguna situación. Sin embargo reitero, el lugar es muy lindo, aseado y val ela pena.

Es una torre con acceso controlado, el problema es el check in, tardan hasta una hora en darte el acceso, los guardias, cada que entras te solicitan identificación, así que es un lugar seguro, fuera de allí esta una plaza, así como una terminal de bus y un oxxo.
