Gym and wet areas (pool, spa, sauna and Turkish bath) were great , perfect for relaxing after a long traveling day. Rooms were little outdated and water pressure in the room shower was pitiful. Room was clean and spacious. Included breakfast was great. Shuttle to the airport. Overall good place to stay for an overnight coming or going using the airport but it would also be good for a longer stay as location is convenient. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding areas.

The pros: great hotel with easy access to many neighborhoods in bogota, they have private taxi service right in front which is amazing as even getting an uber in bogota can be difficult and time consuming. Most of the staff is very well trained especially the hostess on 2nd floor breakfast buffet is one of the most welcoming person you can have in any hotel. The cons: i had a change in my schedule and messaged the property i will be arriving 2 days late and no one monitors the messages, for a 5* hotel not monitored guest messages and not replying back if you need someone prior to your arrival is not something you’d expect. This leaded to marking me as a no show and not having a room for me at arrival but eventually it all worked out
