pues me incomodo, que antes de realizar la reserva llame al hotel a verificar habitaciones y me las confirmaron, entonces realice la reserva, pero cuando llegue al sitio ya no tenian la habitacion y me pusieron a voltear.

Volveremos a Quintas de Normandía...

Parece que era la primera experiencia del Hotel por medio de Hoteles.com Hubo algunas incomodidades al ingreso y con la información para el desayuno. Pero nos corrigieron amablemente el servicio y terminamos sintiendo mucho agrado por el Hotel. Yo y mi esposa volveríamos con gusto. Ahhh muy importante: Es un hotel con Regimen simplificado en Colombia, por tanto no nos cobraron el valor del IVA, solo el precio base.

Close to el Dorado international airport.

Good layover hotel about 7 mins away from Bogota's biggest airport. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating for my late check in (00:30). Room was clean with nice king size bed. Bathroom was very small but had all the amenities. Breakfast was filling and served early enough time for my connecting flight.

Close to Airport and inexpensive. Wifi worked. Can not come and go as you please and the front front is locked and unmanned. Room was not ready and had to wait a very long time. No hot water in shower, one day wasn't given a clean towel and the remote for the TV did not work. Noisy and window in ceiling make it difficult to make room dark.

Me fue muy bien. El hotel es de facil acceso por avenidas principales. La seguridad del hotel fue buena. El hotel tiene absolutamente lo basico. Lastima que no tiene agua caliente para un buen banio despues de una larga jornada. Pero por el precio...Lo mejor es que recibi excelente atencion del personal.

A mi habitacion solo entraba el servidor Hotel2 pero no fue posible lograr una conexion a Internet. Cuando hice el comentario en la recepcion solo me dijeron que me conectara alli con otro router, donde si me funciono. Es un detalle que deben solucionar.

Os quartos são pequenos, mas atendem àqueles que precisam de uma noite por conta de longa conexão no aeroporto de Bogotá. O café da manhã é ruim, apenas ovos mexidos e café. Não tem pão, frios ou geleias.

Modest hotel close to the airport

The hotel is located in a neighbourhood unsuitable to walk in alone after dark, Most of the staff is friendly but does not ahnd on messages from one shift to the next. The building and room lack any charm, the bed matresses are wrapped into som kind of hard plastic which makes sleeping unconfortable. WiFi was connected to the server but did not funtion.All together not a place where I felt well. It is miles away from the three stars raing published in the internet - just one start would already be a big compliment
