Everything went pretty smooth. I stayed for 2 weeks. Got to the hotel and got checked in fine. The room was neat and in good condition. Got a free bottle of water from room service everyday. The lady who cleaned the room everyday did a good thorough job. Staff at the hotel was friendly and respectful. The hotel is quiet during the day and night despite being centrally located. There is a mall and plenty of shops in walking distance. The terrace has a good view. If I had to nitpick something, it would be that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in didn't blow hot or cold air no matter how I set it with the remote. It was basically a fan. But it did not affect my experience because the temperature in the room was fine anyway without it. I was hesitant about the trip since it was my first time in a foreign country, but the experience was about as smooth as it could have gone. If I go back to Bogotá it is a hotel i would recommend. I don't write reviews very often, but this one was worth making. I like to give credit where credit is due and the staff did a good job.

Great location and service. Had two situations one day did not have water for 3 hours and another day had a construction on a Sunday morning in the hallway near the room.

Nice hotel with great location

The hotel’s location is great if you want to be close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast which was included with our stay had everything you might want. We asked for 2 beds and again at check we confirmed our request, but when we got to the room we had 1 bed and a cot. The front desk insisted that it was the same which is not the case. After spending the first night on th cot, we got our rooms changed the next day.

I personally would not rate this a five star hotel, not because of anything bad they did, but rather the conditions of the facility, overall I would say this is a 3.5 stars hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, so there’s no complaining on that, the rooms need to be updated

Service and cleanliness are always top notch. My complaints are small: the pillows are too high (but firm) or too shallow (and too loose). I would like an option that it's firm but not so high. The other one is that I couldn't find the AC panel. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The room was very dark and small. It was old and you coild feel on the floor where there were holes. Also during the middle of the night there was this terrible sewage odor thay we smelled and did not understand where it was coming from. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly.
