Okay experience- the hotel has a lot of potential to be better. Needs to be better kept. Our room sink was clogged after a long trip you can imagine how discouraging that is. We were moved to another room nothing was offered for the inconvenience

The Hotel location is very good, however it has serious issues with leanlines, the first day my wife found hair in the shower, we reported this to the front desk and they registered the issue, however there was no apology whatsoever, on the second night we found that the toilet was not properly cleaned, for a 4 star Hotel this is not acceptable. A minor issue was the TV installation, it was not leveled, it had a positive incline to the ceiling which of course was not good for a confortable TV viewing.

They located me at the 2th tower, and the next day on the middle of the lobby they got a interview for tv, and make me way to pass, and the next days they got a conversation and was really hard to pass, the housekeeper don’t was that’s good cleaning.

Terrible experience...

Terrible hotel with rude front desk. We were turned away upon arrival after pre-paying for our stay through Hotels.com. The entire experience was a disaster. I'm not going to waste additional energy here explaining everything that made the experience terrible -- if you want to experience it for yourself then book your stay there.

It’s an old and not berry clean property. They still using a regular key to access the rooms. No glass or ice/ice machine was available at the hotel. I asked them for, and the answer was that they don’t handle dose things. Also, no iron or ironing table was available. Service in general was very poor. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Bogotá for 6 days

Had a inconvenience with check in, the room that I had reserved was not available, but on the second day I was move to the right room. But it took two days for the correction. The night of the check in after traveling over 10 hours to arrive at Bogota not only the inconvenience of not having the right room available I was awaken at 11:45 PM by the front desk to come down to the lobby to go over the room bill that I was over charge for the room tax. Their mistake! I suggested that we can fix that in the morning but I was told to come down immediately other the overpayment would take months to fix? The front desk can use better tactics when dealing with customers, the reason for my flight to Bogota was to attend a funeral in the morning, that was my priority not to be waken near midnight to fix a error by the front desk. Other wise the hotel and the rest of the staff was great particularly the housekeeper crew.
