The room was small and cozy but comfortable enough for a 6’4” man like myself. Everything was nice and neat. TV by the bed, small kitchen with appliances available, medium size fridge. Super cute studio apartment overall. For the price point, exceeded my expectations. Only thing is since I am tall the shower was a bit of a squeeze and missing a rack to place shower items. However, it did not take away from the steal that this place was. 24/7 security and 24/7 Oxxo store right next door. Definitely recommend. 5 starts well deserved.

This place is seriously amazing. It has everything you could want in the kitchen, is so clean, everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even their AI messaging bot is the best quality I’ve ever interacted with. Comfy bed, hot water with nice water pressure. Fantastic gym on the second floor and a very large, comfortable coworking or lounge space. We loved it here so much we extended our stay a night. Highly recommended.

New, nice and clean property. Perfectly located just far enough from the business of chapinero, but close enough to arrive by foot in less than 5 minutes. Staff and property host was very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to extend my stay another time, and the only reason I did not was because the stiff mattress was affecting my back. I do not have back issues, but did experience pain after a few days of sleeping here. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

There are a few issues: no staffer speaks English, the apartment has constructive flaws that doesn’t block noise. They have cleaner doing cleaning at 7am to wake you up, and people party with loud music at 6am, then great noise 1:30am to not let you sleep while the apartment couldn’t provide any help. They also won’t provide any cleaning up service or you have to pay additional to change clean towels during our 5 days stay. Highly not recommended to family or anyone who is a light sleeper.

Almost everything was good. In a walkable area, in good condition. The kitchen was set up well. The only things were minor communication issues - I didn't automatically get the code to check in and nobody provided me with WiFi information. Also, the hot water for the shower was not that warm, so I can only give 4 stars out of 5.

There was no hot water for whole day and no one paid attention I had to shower with ice cold water. Then the other morning I had to call the lady to check the temp, she did something and said you can only get room temp or little hotter water because its a weekend the guy will come tomorrow and fix it by the time we had to checkout.

Room was fine, but they only clean the room once every ten days. This was not mentioned when we booked. We tried to ask for towels before 10 days had passed and one of the cleaning ladies was extremely rude and looked down on us. You have to take out your own trash and ask for new trash bags every time. Also the bathroom door kept falling off.

We stayed at Ivin 567 for over two weeks and had a fantastic experience. The quality of the building and the rooms for the price we paid was exceptional—really great value for Bogotá. Esta vez IVIN me decepcionó completamente. Es mi cuarta estancia aquí y me sentí muy desconforme porque para empezar, mi apartamento no tenía ningún internet propio como lo tienen siempre los otros, me tuve que conectar al del apartamento de al lado (702) y estaba muy saturado. Por otro lado, la luz del baño no servía, estaba quemado el único bombillo que tiene el baño (aunque esté dividido en tres secciones) y la cortina que de la ventana grande hacia el exterior estaba desprendida casi hasta la mitad, permitía entrar la luz y no se podía aprovechar que fuera blackout. Esta vez quedó mucho qué desear en mi estancia de 5 días. Mi sugerencia es que cuiden mejor de sus clientes y que antes de asignar un apartamento a alguien, verifique que esté habitable.
