My stay at the Hyatt was excellent! I arrived earlier than expected after a lengthy flight, and the staff immediately offered me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. The fresh coffee in the early morning was wonderful, and the breakfast bar was especially enjoyable. Luz Dary provided amazing service and made the experience even more welcoming. I would definitely recommend this Hyatt to anyone traveling for business, with family, or for a vacation. I look forward to staying again!

Loved this hotel, it was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially with a language barrier, they remained patient. Appreciated the fruits at breakfast but my favorite was the coffee machine, began everyday with a vanilla cappuccino, first trip Starbucks never saw me. It’s in a very vibrant safe area. So many options in walking distance. Overall great stay.

Stayed for 4 nights, was able to acquire early check in and late checkout for a reasonable fee. Everyone was kind and welcoming, amazing breakfast daily. My only caution is to be careful with the water, we unfortunately got a bug and the locals told us it is better to drink the bottled water.
