The hotel is well located and the stay was peaceful. However, the picture are misleading. The accommodations are smaller and not as good looking as they appear in pictures. The breakfast was disappointing (too limited, for example no butter and any kind of jam to accompany the one piece of bread, and the one egg prepared one the spot was greasy and plain).

From the moment I got there. I was met by an attitude from someone who I believe to be the manager. I don’t think she likes foreigners, but I understand not everybody’s the same so I try to use humor and courtesy when talking to her I already knew it would be a problem. I asked if I could check in early and she said no that it’s not possible. I understand that and I was able to leave my luggage which was one bag. I appreciated that I came back 30 minutes before check-in time and she said no you can’t check in not until exactly 3 o’clock. I sat there like a four-year-old until she left five minutes till three to go home the other worker let me check in my room key didn’t work and had to come up and down three times till somebody came and helped me I go in and there’s a big long hair across my bed Then I look at the floor and there’s hair everywhere there’s mold in the shower. The toilet was in bad shape and there was a smell. The rooms are not soundproof like they advertise. There was construction across the road where a truck was dumping large rocks, vibrating the whole hotel. This started at dark and went until I left to get some sleep at another hotel at 11 o’clock. I tried to filter out the rocks before though with the TV, but the Internet kept going out every 30 minutes. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to in Colombia and I’ve been to a lot. There’s no excuse for what’s going on there.

Buen lugar para alojarse. Pequeño pero acojedor. Solo tener presente que tiene una muy limitada capacidad de parqueo y la entrada y salida debe ser notificada, para que alguien baje a abrir la reja. En lineas generales esto fue lo que no me gustó de la propiedad, también deberían variar los desayunos, son las mismas opciones diariamente
