Fantastic property value. Close to the planetarium, the national history museum and the modern art museum. No air conditioning, but not a problem in Bogota. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in "not the best area at night" in the center of Bogota. Lots of sights to see in that area just have to be mindful at night if walking around. Breakfast was amazing, great customer service, rooms are large and nice. Hotel is usually fairly crowded I have stayed there probably 10 to 15 times over the last 10 years or so. Pretty close to the airport so convenient if you have an early flight.

Tequendama Hotel is a very nice location to be closed to all the nice area of Bogota, is between the noice and the quiet locations of this city... nice stores and restaurants, monuments and transportation available with secure enviroment.

I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. The area around the property feels very unsafe, and the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. I was also disappointed with the breakfast this time—it lacked quality and variety. Not the experience I expected based on previous stays.

Great hotel in the heart of Bogota.

Excellent stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional with immediate response to any inquiry or concerns at any given time. The hotel was extremely spacious with a kitchen, living room, dining area, and small office space for remote work as well. They also provided a crib for our toddler with freshly cleaned, soft blankets and sheets for our son.

The best customer service in Bogota Colombia

Tequendama has one of the highest levels of customer service so much so that anytime I have to travel to Bogota it is the only hotel I will stay at.

This hotel retains some amenities from its prestigious past as one of the city's finest hotels. While safe during daylight hours, nighttime security is less reliable, and I would advise against solo nighttime walks. The staff are very helpful, especially the front desk and bellhops. Its central location provides convenient access to the airport.

Nice overall

We enjoyed our rooms. We did have our rooms on the same floor which helped for our family. It was spacious enough for our needs. The views of the city was nice. Close enough for short drive to where we had to go. Only issue was the parking the rental car and walking around to get to the hotel entrance. That needs to have more signs in which way to go a bit easier.
