Things have definite changed since the pandemic. As usual the staff were very nice and eager to help. Shout out to Joanna and Andrez - Very helpful! Everything is close by; from shopping mall to a convenience store next to the Hotel make buying things like water easy. Rooms were only being cleaned every other day. Overall on OK stay.

My room was at the front of the building. A lot of traffic noise. The noise stopped after 10 pm. Im estimating the times because i was exhausted from my travels. And it started early in the morning. The breakfast was a very small portion from what Im normally used to from my travels.

The staff were awesome. Few things didnt please us on the 1st room provided but they change us room with no arguments. But be ready, traffic in Bogota is insane.
