Small but intimate hotel which had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. The staff in the dining area were particularly impressive at breakfast. Friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Room clean and comfy Good value for money given the area close to the zona T.

The photos of the facilities are deceptive. The building, rooms and furniture are in much poorer conditions than they appear to be online. It is close to shops and restaurants, staff were very helpful as I left my reservation early.

Very beautiful,luxurious place. Quiet ,large rooms with a lot of space to move around. The place is very clean not far away from the zona T/rosa Yet very quiet. You can really enjoy your holiday here especially if you are on long term stay in bogota. The only downside was the breakfast. Below basic and tasteless. Unfortunately had only 1 day overnight.I definately will return.

I like location, room is great. My only problem was that front door is always locked and half of the time noone at the front dest to open. Got to wait. Fricked me up a bit on check in. So be patient, they will eventually come.

I couldn’t have made a better choice out of all those endless choices. The staff are absolutely amazingly pleasant and helpful. A huge , 4-storey shopping mall is a 5 minute walk. From Louis Vuitton , Tag Heuer to McDonald’s . And within 4 minutes a very large privately run fruit , cheese wines bake shop and a grocery section too. Also, one of the best places to change currency on the third floor. Highly recommend this hotel. Five star service , believe me. Check the price. You’ll see!!!

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel, as there were both positives and negatives. Cons: • The mattress was extremely firm—so much so that I had to double-check whether there was actually a mattress on the bed or just a wooden board. I ended up using both extra comforters as padding to make it somewhat comfortable to sleep. • I was left standing in the rain one night for quite a while because no one was at the Front Desk. I eventually had to walk around the building and knock on a window to get the staff’s attention, as the attendant was engaged in conversation in the kitchen. • Although I originally requested airport transfer back to the airport, I mentioned during check-in that a friend would be providing my airport transportation so to cancel the service and they told me no problem. At the end of my stay, I was still told I would be charged for the hotel shuttle service (which was significantly more expensive than a standard Uber.) Pros: • The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. • The food was very good. • Sergio, one of the hotel staff members, provided excellent service—he was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to assist. With a few improvements to guest communication and comfort, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience. I’m not sure if I would stay here again though.
