Two night stop before Colombia tour

Great location, 2minutes walk from Gold Museum and old town is only 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by also. Room was clean & comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel has a great location and service, plus a good breakfast. I didn’t like the flat pillows and noise from other rooms.

What we liked the most is the staff. Everyone is kind and happy to help. The hotel is at walking distance to many places like Plaza Bolivar, Gold Museum, Chorro de Quevedo etc.

Probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in but the bed was really comfortable and the shower had hot water straightaway and great pressure. Also after these nights in the single room I also stayed in a twin room as is the first night of G Adventures Classic Columbia trip. I was concerned how two strangers would fit in such a small room but the twin room is a lot bigger. Hotel Regina has really friendly and helpful staff, it's an easy walk to buses or the main squares.

Great location. Expedia listed that the property would provide free breakfast, but the hotel refused. Small, basic room for the price. Stingy with towels. No lotion or hair conditioner provided. Very basic property for the price.

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always been good. Problem occurred when my room was not fit to be occupied. They were suppose to contact me, but I didn’t find out till I arrived at the hotel at 5pm that I would be moved to a different hotel in a totally different area of town. The place was also cheaper, but overall it as okay. I am happy they helped me get a new place, but communication is key. I was suppose to have dinner with friends in La candelaria, but I was now a good 30 minutes away. Overall still happy with my stay. Just please communicate, after traveling for 18 hours I want to know where I’ll be in such a big city and not figure out when it is starting to get dark.

Value for price is good, and the hotel is truly unique, full of fun wallpapers, a vintage style and a cute cafe located right off the lobby. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we came across on our trip and spoke excellent English, and helped us get an Uber and answered our questions! The room had a kitchen, but no dishware - when we asked for some the most we were given were spoons. I'm not sure if this typical or a one-off, but just know that the kitchen is not stocked and prepare accordingly! The street the hotel is on isn't the most friendly/clean-looking, but it's within a 5-minute walk of many attractions and a 5-minute drive from Monserrate - so the overall location is great! Would stay again. :)
