Nice small hotel, the surrounding area was nice, lots of small restaurants around. The price was decent. I would stay here again if I got a good deal. Overall, would recommend.

Nice basic place, very clean and all the staff were very helpful and nice. Do not expect little extras such as water glasses, or bottled water. The indoor parking is tight to get into, but not unlike many I have encountered in Europe too. Breakfast was good but not grand…But was a good start to the day. All in all, a great place to stay for a good price!

We arrived and staff member said there was not parking available. The reason we chose the property was because it included parking. After checked in and went to our room the room key was not working and we had to go back to the front desk again. It was late and we were tired.

There is dog barking from 8:40 to 10:30 every night, also every morning for breakfast there were never ready. The rooms are to hot This morning they started a 6:15am by the time we were ready to go to the airport they started putting food out, one of the lady’s from the front desk told us at lest you can have coffee!!’ Really we told them the morning before to please be on time since our pick up is as 6:30 am . Very disappointed it since no one care .

This hotel does not qualify as 4 stars. Our room does not even have cups for basic use as brushing teeth, towel hanger, shower grab bars and coffee maker or refrigerator. The staff and workers, though, are very responsive and polite. The area is very quiet and safe. It's easy to get a cab and there are very good places to eat nearby. For people who love to get a drink in the evening, there are many bars around. This hotel, however, does not have a full service restaurant. Its breakfast is very ample and great! One difficulty though is it is hard for non-Spanish speaking guests. I needed to use a dictionary to communicate with the folks.
