Toallas como trapeadores . En general bien, pasabl

En general bien para el precio. Es un buen hotel de precio modesto. Me parece un ppco extraño que su puntiación sea 8.3 , no es confiable . Está bien, tiene lo básico y en términos de limpieza pasa raspando pero le falta . Me causaron shock las toallas, aun no sé si eran las toallas o los trapeadores del edificio y no exagero: rotas , deshilachadas, ma chas , cortadas a pedazos . Nos tocó rogar porque no habian en el cuarto y nos dieron unas espantosas. Las señoritas que atienden en el dia bien, el muchacho del din de semana le falta educacion en servicio, responde terrible. No creo que sea malo, pero hay que entrenarlo y que sepa que el mundo no está en su contra . Faltan utencilios de aseo, podrian cobrar 2 dolares mas si quieren y poner suficiente papel de baño y jabon. No es mucho . Puede ser un muy buen hotel combate si le ponen atención a algunos detalles de limpieza, toallas y elementos . Por ahora la calificacion es pasable .

Its a great place to stay and the people are amazing but its not as mentioned in the hotels.com description. There wasn't a breakfast buffet as I know it(my main selling point)You get your choice of 2 eggs with bread or eggs with arepa (cooked to order) and coffee; Wifi doesn't work in the rooms or not in #103 at least, and the double room is super small but the bathroom is even smaller. I'm 165lbs and I barely fit to shower and hygiene. Overall the stay was not what I expected but the hospitality provided by the staff is really good.
