I liked the area and the staff was very polite. The room could've been cleaner, the towels, the utensils.. Every light bulb should be working in the room. I Had flea bites after I left. Disappointing.

Local residential area, walkable to stores. Loud music specially on the weekend from near by bars and clubs. Expecting bigger room, bathroom was very tiny and the water comes out when showering . No heater in the room, no elevator , had to take stairs to the 3rd floor Staff were very helpful when asked for information, extra blanket etc. breakfast was ok, just basic scrambled egg arepa juice coffee Overall it was ok, I guess it makes sense with the price we paid

Por favor lean bien que el check in es a las 3pm, si llegas antes debes esperar a que sean las 3pm para recibir tu habitacion. En mi caso llegamos al hotel a las 10 y algo de la mañana, cansados, queriendo cambiarnos de ropa y no pudimos. Tuvimos que dejar el equipaje en un espacio de la recepcion y salir a dar vueltas hasta la hora indicada.

Tiene una buena ubicación esta a la par de un KFC que esta enfrente del mall galerías. Muy cerca también esta un supermercado 24horas. En general la propiedad ya se ve que tiene sus años por lo que las imágenes no son tan fieles a lo que en realidad es. La limpieza puede mejorar cuando llegamos si estaba empolvado. Uno de los armarios se le caía las gavetas o se quedaban prensadas.

Me he quedado otras veces y está vez note una cierta desmejora. En la habitación que me tocó la cama y la almohada no fue cómoda, y no salió agua caliente. La atención buena, te guardan las maletas, el desayuno puede ser mejor pero salva, y la zona super bien ubicado.

El hotel es una muy buena opción para estadías en Bogotá y a precio muy cómodo, está muy bien ubicado, central, cerca de centros comerciales restaurantes y transporte público, el desayuno es bueno, el personal es muy amable y en general las instalaciones son buenas. Recomendación, en la habitación que me hospede el televisor presentaba algunas fallas pero en general todo bien
