The area where is located is unsafe, needs just a little more maintenance, but very clean and very friendly people. I would recommend it, just ask the employees where not to go around there.

Bedroom windows do not close all the way and are very thin, you could hear all the noise from outside even late at night. The neighborhood is very unsafe, you can't walk outside after dark. There is a lot drugs and gangs hanging around. No one at the hotel spoke English not even the manger. The rooms look very old and bathroom shower was very tiny and dirty. The bedrooms were freezing, they don't have heat or air containing. I would not recommend staying there at all. I paid for a whole week of stay there and could only stay there for 1 night. I had to get another hotel which cost me a fortune because it was last minute.

Roa bien en la propiedad, incluso tiene buena ubicación si quieres pasear en el centro. Solo que a partir de las 5 o 6 de la tarde todo cierra y se pone muy inseguro.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una de las zonas más peligrosas del centro de Bogotá, es tanto así que, hasta en migración al momento de nuestro ingreso al país e indicar el nombre del Hotel nos hicieron el siguiente comentario: "¿quién les recomendó ese hotel?¿Están claros que ésta en una zona sumamente peligrosa?" A la llegada al hotel, nuestro conductor nos tuvo que escoltar para entrar por que en la entrada había un grupo de indigentes, que de acuerdo con el conductor "se ponen un poco agresivos" si uno no les da dinero. En la recepción del hotel están conscientes de la situación y recomiendan a sus huéspedes no regresar al hotel después de las 18:00 luego de un paseo por la ciudad, porque se vuelve peligroso, por lo que no recomiendo tener que pasar por esa experiencia.

This was a great hotel for the price. Especially impressed by the front desk staff. The included breakfasts were quite good and the kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating. Only disappointment was the location as far as restaurants and shopping.

I always stay here when I am in Bogota. I love the location. 5 mins walk to National Museum, banks, restos, a nice park. 5 mins walk other direction you are in Santa Fe . The staff is friendly and professional. Internet is good. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious. Some have excellent mountain or city views. Many local dining options with in 200 ft. I'll stay again.

Me agradó el trato del personal, se esmeran mucho por atender bien a los clientes. El Sr. de la recepción muy amable y gentil. El desayuno muy bueno y completo. Sin embargo, el área donde está ubicado a los turistas le limita el poder salir a recorrer a buscar restaurante donde comer. Aunque a personas que se hospedan por trabajo está cerca de entidades gubernamentales y bancos lo que hace que puedan moverse de día fácilmente y de noche sólo a descansar. En cuanto a limpieza, deben mejorar mucho. El piso estaba sucio, las cortinas sucias. Las camas algunas no eran cómodas y el baño muy estrecho.

I stay here when ever Im in Bogota. The staff is freindly and professional. The breakfast is good. Rooms are large with great views. Very important to me is they have hot water. I love the location . Go left out the door and a couple blocks there are restos, banks, coffee shops, a nice park , and the National Museum. Go right and 5 min walk you are in Santa Fe. Wi FI works well . Its really a great value .

Great value for Bogota. Large room with confy king bed, breakfast is good and starts early around 6 AM. Hot water. I always stay here when in Bogota. Love the location. Walk out the door and go right 5 min walk to restos, bancs, coffee shops, National Museum. Go left five min walk to Santa Fe and all it has to offer. Whats not to like?
