Had to wait 2.5 hours after check-in to be able to enter room. The hotel is relatively new but very cheaply done, missing amenities such as soap or something to wash dishes. Room is advertised with a mini fridge but didn't have one. Breakfast is basic but fine. Overall would not recommend staying here

Hijole! Que difícil! Llegamos y supuestamente “no había agua ni luz” justamente en el piso de nuestra habitación; nos mandaron a “otra de sus sucursales”. El Uber que hicimos que nos pidieran para llevarnos se arrancó antes de subirme y me pasó el coche encima de mi pie, llegamos a la otra sucursal y “no pudieron hacer efectivo el seguro”, ni del hotel ni del Uber. Daniel (creo que era como el gerente o encargado y el otro chico que estuvo en recepción excelente atención, la chica no tanto….. Las instalaciones de la habitación dejaron mucho que desear, no se parecían tanto a las fotos.
