Nice rooms, GREAT service. ALL employees were very friendly. Fantastic location in nice area with great restaurants. After dark, only take taxis to where you want to go. Matrassen need to be renewed!

Good hotel. Nice staff. Central location.

They didn’t have a room for me the first night. So they booked an airport pickup for me - which was very nice of them. They arranged for me to stay at BH Rosario hotel for that one night. The breakfast is good at this hotel. The staff is nice and kind. We had one loud neighbor during our stay. But otherwise the room was good. Another thing about Bogota is that the toilets don’t flush as well as they do in the states.

This hotel is a hidden jewel. Well situated in the Chapinero district. It is located off the busy 7th avenue. The district is beautiful. Breakfast is very very nice and delicious. We really lucked out.

Good hotel in great location.

Nice hotel with great breakfast buffet. Location is amazing. Our bathroom was a bit odd, shower doors let the water escape so we had to use towels to keep from flooding. Also, toiletries in bathroom are minimum.

Over the top customer service!

The hotel went well above expectation to make sure we had everything we needed. They messaged prior to the stay to ask what type pillows we wanted, if we wanted a heater, and other special requests. In addition, once I mentioned it was my husband's birthday, the decorated the room with flowers, balloons, wine, fruits, and cake for a minimal charge. Very attentive to our needs throughout stay. Would stay here again.

パスポートを盗まれ再発行のためにコロンビア日本大使館の近くのこのホテルに宿泊させてもらいました。部屋は大きく細かいところまで掃除が行き届いていました。周辺の治安は比較的安全です。パスポートの発行に関してスタッフの方が仕事があるのに関わらず親身に手伝ってくださいました。

the only point which I disappointed is the person at the check-out time. Based on the web-site, my understanding is that the check-out time is 13:00. However, the reception person asked me what time I checked-out even though it was 11:30 and also his face and tone was so impolite. And also when I checked-out the hotel, he did not make his smile. Without him, this hotel is good but I will not stay this hotel again because of him
