Staff allowed us to keep our room for an extra hour free of charge. The hotel is close to the airport. No hot water and Bogotá is a cold place. Beds were super comfy. We went down for breakfast but they had pretty much finished serving 20 minutes before breakfast was supposed to finish. We got some eggs but couldn’t get any other food

Good service and personnel, however, water takes about 15-20 open to get hot and it lasts about 3 minutes warm, dirty bathrooms and hair all over, TV wasn’t working too well, broken remote control. This is not a very nice hotel to stay at. The area around the hotel is really sketchy. Staff did the bare minimum they had to. This hotel needs a make over for the price we paid. It is close to the airport so that is a bonus.
