Publicidad engañosa

Pague bien caro por el servicio y es el colmo que en un hotel ni hay agua caliente, después de hacer el reclamo con la recepcionista me ofrecio cambiar de habitación pero vaya sorpresa el colchón ya está para botarlo a la basura ...y el agua caliente si llegaba y a demas me parece una publicidad engañosa por que la fachada del hotel ni concordava con la fachada donde me hospede... este hotel no tiene el aspecto de hotel más parece de motel. Lo siento por el comentario pero es mi dinero.
