The hotel staff from the front desk, bellmen, drivers to and from the airport were great. Our breakfast was included and the breakfast buffet was very good and lots of variety! The hotel breakfast restaurant staff were excellent! We will definitely stay here again !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained; the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I love the hotel La Fontana, and is my place to stay in Bogota, close to Unicentro and Usaquen. It is a very family oriented place, however, in this trip, we had to stand a drunken people show at the lobby bar while waiting and eating our nice Sushi dinner. Nobody seem to have the guts to tell the drunk to lower their volume and tone of the conversation, eceryone around had to listen the loud cursing and the only response was that neither security or the manager on duty had authorized any action. One more thing, the furniture in the rooms is aging, and the kitchen in the suite was not operable.

All staff are very well trained to provide excellent customer service. The entire property is spotlessly clean, the gardens are very well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The restaurant menu and food choices are mouthwatering. The actual food served is delicious and cooked as ordered.

Everything was clean and spotless. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. We had a lamp with a defective plug and a toilets that backed up, and they fixed both right away.
