Most everything you need is walkable. Rooms are big with big closets. The large room safe is up high so you do not have to bend or squat to use. Good food and breakfast. Staff is excellent.

Best thing about this hotel is its staff, every helpful and attentive. The property itself is not new but well kept and clean. Location is right next to a busy roundabout, lots of dining and shopping during the day, at night everything is close around 9. A bit far from La Candelaria, during rush hours it takes almost an hour, but less than $5 for shared rides. Definitely would stay here next time we're in Bogota!

It was my first visit from the United States and it was a great experience. Only had one small minor issue with the Internet, but the hotel staff made sure I was taking care of so I was able to do some work. Will definitely stay when I visit Bogotá again

The quality of the service was second to none. All the staff is extremely professional and friendly. They always help you with a smile and to the extra miles to make sure your needs are satisfied. From the front desk to the people at the restaurant, to the ladies that clean the room, all of them were amazing. Additionally, the building is impeccably maintained. The rooms are so well isolated, that you hear zero noise from the street, so you can have restful night, which is blessing in a hectic city as Bogota.
