Charming hotel in great location

We loved our stay at this little hotel. Pros: - breakfast buffet in pretty, sunny atrium - comfortable beds - Good hot water and water pressure - Concierge and breakfast staff especially lovely - Location, location, location - charming feeling, and many public spaces Cons: - We had an interior room on the beautiful interior patio, but needed a fan (which the front desk immediately provided) for air circulation - rooftop restaurant seemed out of character as it was bright and sterile feeling

Great Stay

Fantastic location in a very safe area- street is closed to cars and the staff was so attentive. Great breakfast including an omelet station. The room was a great size with views of the Plaza. The bellhop even stood with me on the street until my uber arrived. Top notch service. I would stay here again.

The location was great and the historic property looked nicely. However, the room was very small and bathroom was tiny. The amenities were outdated. The major concern was the noise during the night. Stayed there for 3 nights, none of them was a peaceful. I wouldn’t recommend for those who wish to have a good night sleep.

A truly wonderful hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful, the old hotel is grand and beautiful with lots of space, the rooms are large and beautiful. The staff were extremely accommodating with holding baggage and allowing us to use public areas before a night flight. We couldn’t recommend more highly.
