Not service need a refund

I did not stay in the hotel, the mentioned they did not have any relation with hotels.com. They canceled our reservation after we arrived there, and we did not find any available place to stay, I had to call an aunt to ask for her help.

Disgusting stay!

Disgusting stay. The water went out during middle of showers, electricity went out taking out the WIFI. The family room consisted of 4 single beds all crammed into a small room. The covers were all stained with what appear like blood and during check out, they claimed we had stained them with orange juice demanding we pay $150,000 pesos for a dry clean. They are thieves. When asked about the check-in observation form which outlined any existing condition, they rejected the idea. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

No hay agua y no avisan antes del check in, dan una bolsa y un garrafón para el baño y dientes... Al día siguiente me fuí y el personal no sabía que estaba ahí... en fin, una muy mala experiencia.

Terrible cuando llegue a el hotel me dijeron que no encontraban ninguna reserva les mostré la confirmación de la reserva que llegó al correo y la respuesta fue que podría tener reserva pero que ellos no tenían habitaciones y menos por ese precio que se había reservado pero no pagado pero en la App yo si introduje los datos de la tarjeta pero no me descontaron y en el baucher decía que tenia q pagar en el hotel y me dejaron sin hotel. Tuve que reservar otro hotel donde si me dieron mi habitación. No me parece que uno reserve y cuando uno llegue no sea valida la reserva y uno pase más trabajo.

No sirve para personas que están operadas

Yo había estado antes con mi familia en el 2019 y el servicio bueno. Pero volví y todo había cambiado. Estoy en recuperación de una cirugía y tenía que tener terapias, me doy con la sorpresa que tenia q pagar 30 mil pesos más para que entrara mi enfermera para curarme. Ella tenía que venir todos los días. Imagínate pagar 30 mil por que te curen, te revise tu doctor . Eso es un robo. A demás si llegas antes con maletas te cobran por hora por dejar las maletas a cuidar. Todo estos cargos no estás en la póliza de Hotels.com no dice todo estos cargos extra. Pues me tuve que ir había pagado por 5 días y solo me quede dos. Perdí mi dinero. Este lugar no es recomendado para personas que se van a operar o que tenga condiciones médicas en las que el doctor o enfermera tiene que cuidarte. Que tristeza por que no era así
