Overall a great experience at this hotel, staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel seemed packed due to several events in place and they were able to find me an amazing room with view to the Monserrate. Mini bar within the room was empty, but there was complimentary water and coffee. Pizza and pasta at the 1st floor restaurant were pretty good.

It is close to the convention center, where we could safely walk. We would come back a little early after a stressful day and relax in the saunas. They had pure water to fill our water bottles. Clean and kind staff. The bar was kind to make a ginger cinnamon, lemon tea with honey for one of our party that had a sore throat.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at pound for pound comparing value with the price. Amazing service, friendly staff as well top to bottom. Food was amazing as well, the breakfast was great. I cant wait to go back
