Had to request another room as the one assigned smelled dirty, the area around the hotel feels industrial,unsafe and not for turist. Stay away unless you have something going on around the area. Uber is not allowed to enter the gate, you have to walk out to the street with luggage to meet with transportation

The staff was so very friendly. They welcomed us and our dog with smiles. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Our only complained was that it was a little warm in the room at night and there was no window to open or air to adjust. But it’s a very nice, well maintained hotel with lovely amenities.

I realized I picked a bad neighborhood when I was dropped off. Felt like a prison that you had to check into going through the front security and the overall style of the hotel itself. the room was extremely small compared to the photos. I could hear in complete detail the conversation over the phone that lasted an hour in the room next door. Packed up my bags checked out and left and had to go find another hotel for three nights, and pay again. Avoid this hotel at all cost

The room was fine and the staff very courteous. The only bad thing was that the parking lot happens to be in the basement but the elevator doesn't work from the basement so you have to push your bags up the ramp to get to the reception office, very unconfortable.

El hotel es muy bonito pero tiene un punto de control y el uber no te recoge en la entrada notifique en el lobby la tablilla y q el uber nos recogia afuera pero no le permitieron la entrada. Tuve que salir hasta la avenida para montarme en el uber que no es seguro.
