Nice hotel, staff helpful and kind. Very clean. The breakfast was good. If you go to Catedral de Sal, think about an all day experience, you can't do anything else. it is 3 hours far away and so beautiful to do not visit all the places in Zipaquira. Monserrat is close and beautiful too.

Nobody in this Hotel knows how to speak English. So do not expect any help as far as information how to get around Bogota or tour activity that you wan to do. If you are only after saving money. This is relatively OK. But if you want service. We have to go to a different hotel to get information as far as tours available around the area. Bogota is nice for 3-4 days of travel. This hotel is relatively close to TransMilenia - main bus system in Bogota. If you can get something closer in the La Candelaria or Museo de Oro for a price closer to this hotel it will be better. Travel during rush hour by Bus is terrible. Taxi drivers will always try to take ore money from you. Too many alibi even if the numbers in the meter is clear. The hotel receptionist insisted to get us a taxi back to the airport only to find out that ty also have a cut on the driver.

I checked in very late at night and theybtold me they were full as some guest extended their stay. However they accommodated me in a sister hotel across the street and it was the same accommodations and same staff great rooms very clean its a quiet neighborhood but close to everything definetly would stay here again if needed

Mi estadía en Borboleta

La primera vez que me hospede me pusieron en el hotel de enfrente éxito y no me gustó mucho porque hay mucho ruido y la segunda visita en Borboleta fue mucho mejor para esta ocasión le doy las caritas de feliz pero en el anterior no muy ruidoso y me lo cambiaron de último momento no debe ser a si el problema es que el ticket de avión salía de Perú a las 7:25 por eso no podíamos llegar a tiempo de la reservación pero el servicio fue muy bueno por las personas

La persona de recepción fue muy amable y el hotel en general es pequeño pero bonito apesar de que está siendo remodelado. La habitación en la que estuve solo tenía un toma corriente y no era nada fuera de lo común. Bien aseada.

Posiblemente la mejor relación calidad/precio

Fue una agradable sorpresa, es usual que deba dormir en Bogotá debido a viajes de trabajo o turismo, de todos los hoteles que he probado sin duda éste ha sido el de mejor relación calidad/precio. Es un hotel que han remodelado, las instalaciones son cómodas y los cuartos (he estado en dos ocasiones) han sido silenciosos y cómodos. excelente desayuno y muy buena atención (dos personas me atendieron en las dos veces que estuve, ambas muy bien). La única recomendación es revisar el acceso a tomacorrientes en los cuartos, sería lo único. De resto, con seguridad seguiré alojándome allí cuando regrese a Bogotá.

La peor experiencia q e tenido en un hotel la vivi en ese hotel borboleta, me cambiaron d hotel me enviaron a dormir a unas camas super pequeñas pase las 3 peores noche q e tenido en bogota, estaba haciendo mis reservas de hospedaje con hoteles.com pero no quiero volver hacerlas, pague por un hotel por un tipo de habitacion y me mandan a otro hotel bajo otras condiciones eso no es serio ni tampoco justo me trataron como quisieron y eso no lo voy a permitir, creo q hasta aqui utilice sus servicios. No me interesa mas sus servicios
