The hotel has everything you need to stay safe and comfortable. The area is great and secure. Noise cancellation is fantastic and even the gym fits for those who wants to be in good shape.

I enjoyed my stay. Check in process was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. The rooms were smaller than I expected. I was disappointed about the gym because I thought there would be more options.

The hotel is nice. Its location is great. The beds and the pillows are some of the worst I have ever slept on. Beware that there is no AC in the bedrooms, so you have to open the tiny window to let some air flow. With the air comes a lot of street noise. The toilette paper is really bad quality and we had to ask for more a couple of times. The staff is really nice. The rooms and the bathroom are clean.

Very poor communication

Our flight was delayed by 24 hrs, I contacted the hotel to ask if I could move our booking by 1 day. I got a message back saying I could only do this via Expedia, I went on to Hotels.com (part of Expedia) but the system said it was to late to change. I re- contacted the hotel but heard nothing back. I now have to book another hotel for this evening and go through insurance to get my money back for the booking
