There was only one receptionist and one cleaning lady. There was some renovation going on so I understand. They have booked me for a double room because of this. I am expecting a refund but I will rate the hotel as very good and safe.

Cynthia with the hotel desk is very kind, polite and cooperative. However, the other night shift lady is so rude and ignorant. The hotel room did not have a window and Is doubt we can call it a room!
