They gave me a room that was not the one chosen, in the photos and prices clearly there was a much larger room with Tina, I chose that one regardless of what was worth a little more, because I wanted to be comfortable. they offered me another room that did not compare with what was requested, there was another room a little better but they told me that they would charge me a surplus which seemed unfair. I asked why the room I requested was not available and it was allegedly occupied by them same owners. I would have liked to have a refund since I only stayed one night, Also they gave me a small towel that looked like hands towel, the TV was on, but I had no signal. The people who attended me kind but in the final I was not satisfied with the service, There were too many mistakes. so I hope they can improve for the future, and update the right pictures of a room and make sure is it or not available

There was only one receptionist and one cleaning lady. There was some renovation going on so I understand. They have booked me for a double room because of this. I am expecting a refund but I will rate the hotel as very good and safe.

Cynthia with the hotel desk is very kind, polite and cooperative. However, the other night shift lady is so rude and ignorant. The hotel room did not have a window and Is doubt we can call it a room!
