Worst ever sleep in a hotel

Whose idea was is to put some of the rooms next to the kitchen? The staff were talking extremely loudly from something like 5am, with no soundproofing. Also, some of the reception staff need to be a bit more enthusiastic. But, you will have a better stay if you’re on a different floor.
