Nice newer apartments. Restaurants and shopping on site. Pool and hot tub and gym. Hard to continue through the Expedia app only. Do not check in after midnight, as the security at the front will not let you check in after. Had to rent a different hotel for one night because of it.

Very good value for the cost. The pool, sauna and hot tub were a great bonus. The checking process was long as there was only one person for a bunch of us. I was instructed to register online abad submit my documents but still had to do so in person, it was very frustrating after a long trip. The entrance to the check-in area directions never came. I checked in twice as no one was able to direct me to Alma (separate area). The room itself is beautiful, clean with all that you need for your stay. There was quite a breeze so it feels very chilly. I moved to a different location as planned in Chapinero and it wasn’t as breezy and chilly.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel provides only two towels for two guests, and these must also be used at the pool, as no additional towels are available there. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told they would be replaced the following day; however, I was later informed that towel changes are only offered for stays of seven days or longer.

Building has a pool in small hot tub. The apartment is great. The hot water is a little finicky. Comes too hot and then freezing quickly. Be sure to contact them through Expedia messaging because that's the only option you have. I travel the world and this is the only annoying company that thinks they need your entrance stamp for Colombia, as if your American passport isn't enough to avoid local tax, which you can only get when you land. And they are slow and hard to communicate with, because all you have is Expedia messaging, and you only have 20 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment. They give you a number but when you're traveling you don't have a way to make calls. I figured out it was also what's up number so that worked. But they're still slow to get back to you, making you worried that you're not going to be able to get into the rental when you get there. And their security is super strict and ridiculous. You can't bring in a visitor even if it's temporary. And only registered guests can enter or use the pool. And anyone under 18 has to have signed parental permission to check in as additional guests!

me gusto mucho el lugar, el apartamento como en las fotos, limpio, amplio, iluminado, y una buena vista. El edificio tiene opciones de restaurantes, tiendas, cajeros, lo cual es genial. El personal es atento, el acceso es fácil y rápido. Es importante haber realizado el registro para que den toda la información. Las zonas comunes 10 de 10. Excelente estadia sin duda volveria.

El día que llegamos a hacer check in nos demoramos 2 horas para poder ingresar a nuestra habitación, la comunicación entre el mismo personal era terrible incluso cuando finalmente nos asignaron habitación y nos dieron número de parqueo llegamos a parquear el auto y ya había otro auto en el mismo número , todo fue un desastre .
