Kondisi kamar kurang terawat

Kondisi kamar di 221 parah, AC bocor / mengeluarkan air banyak membasahi kasur, TV tampilan gambarnya terlalu putih. Parkir di arahkan ke basement, ternyata akses ke lobinya susah naik tangga 2 lantai, tertolong sarapannya lumayan.

That's my experience

Kami pesan 3 kamar utk 3 hari 2 malam (12/6/15 - 14/6/15), dan tiba pada hari Jumat, 12 Juni 2015 kurang lebih pukul 14.00. Ketika chseck in hanya bisa 2 kamar, sedangkan 1 kamar lagi belum siap (sedang dalam proses pembersihan), akhirnya kunci kamar 1 lg diterima krg lebih pukul 16.30. Ketika masuk ke kamar, ternyata kamar tsb BAU ROKOK, dan kami pun komplain, setelah di OZon pun, BAU tsb tidak hilang sampai hari terakhir kami check out. Untuk menu breakfastnya sedikit, rasanya lumayan. Untuk kamar dan kebersihannya di 2 kamar yang lain oke... Area daerah Hotel, oke jg. Itu aja pengalaman kami, semoga bs membantu yang ingin pesen hotel ini.
