“Secure in-compound parking with electronic gates/openers provided, for a small (reasonable) fee for peace of mind. We loved the apartment unit we had on the front half of the property (called Brighton Beach building). Very easy to walk across the street and be at the tidal pool. We went for a swim every morning and loved having dinner at the various restaurants along the beach, which were delicious and also reasonably priced. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared .
