I visited the property during the peak summer season, it felt like they were a little understaffed. It took an hour to to get towels after calling for them three times and the rooms were dated. They offered buggy services to get around but there was always a huge line to get one.

Stayed at Vogue for 4 nights with my partner and three kids aged 11, 10 and 5. The staff were great throughout and we were upgraded to a villa with a pool on arrival. The hotel is great for kids as well as couples. Plenty of activities for kids whilst couples can have a romantic time if they stay in the villas. The food is great with a lit of variety. You are literally spoiled for choice. Not all staff speak english but you can get the message across without much problem. Highly recommended.

Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. The lady at the kids restaurant made an extra effort with my little one and he loved it- so that was nice. They should get proper life guards near the kids pool as they were not watching the kids at all. One kid was about to drawn, her dad ran and saved her and life guards didn’t even notice! Overall great holiday and a nice place to stay.

Very unprofessional reception, we booked 2 sea view rooms. When we arrived, they told us that these rooms were not ready due to a leakage ( which is not a legitimate reason as this is a 5 star hotel and should check their maintenance on a daily basis), then they wanted to compensate us with a villa which is very far from the hotel’s facilities, when we rejected they forced us to use the villa which is a really unprofessional move considering this is a 5 star resort. In general, the staff are inexperienced and don’t know how to communicate with costumers, and when they try to they speak rudely. The hotel is really excellent considering the facilities and the food, but really poor considering the staff and service. I don’t really recommend going to vogue to spend your vacation unless they change their staff.

Close to lounge area guest rooms was so noisy. Until 02AM there was noise of pulling the chairs and tables, same again early morning 5AM. We couldn’t sleep easily. In shower there was not any shampoo holder, we end up to hang plastic bag to shower handles to hold our shampoo. There was not any holder for shower towel to hang. Shower floors was slippery, there was not any hand holder. In the room there was table without chair. If you want to have tea/coffee please n the room no chairs to sit. There was unnecessary so bright lights n the room but it wasn’t any bedside reading lights. Only good thing view was perfect and cook chef was perfect. We ate so much delicious food. It was so rich all inclusive meal option.

Stay away from this terrible resort if you can. The only good thing they have is the location and food. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. We had the garden room and nothing worked. The drain in the shower was bad and didn't drain thus was not able to shower for a day since it took 4 hours to send a technician which didn't do much. After calling 5 times and explaining the issue 5 times and waiting 4 hours for someone to come fix the issue the technician comes with a shower head, turns on the shower and says "is good". Took another 30 min to try to explain the issue since he spoke zero english and so most of the staff there don't speak a word of english. The phone didn't work even after it was supposedly fixed. No fan in the bathroom and they didn't restock shampoo, soap etc after couple of days. The service is terrible as they tell you they will send staff but nobody comes. These are only some of the few problems this resort has. If you are non turkish and you don't speak the language good luck you won't get anything done there. The beer is warm and only one brand and not much selection of alcohol. The only good thing going for them is the food. They will not get back to you with any issues you may have and management is non existence. I had no wifi in my room and after telling them for two days they get back to me saying the technician is gone for the day even though I had called them the day before and earlier the day they tell me the technician is gone.
