Great hotel

We are very happy to stay at Omar Hotel, as service is perfect. It’s right on the beach, where we spend most of the time, sea is warm and pleasant to swim in, one’s needs water shoes though as bottom is rocky. Breakfast has lots of options incl coffee tea and juice. Rooms are decent size, We we’re 3 people and had 2 bedrooms apt with large balcony. Everyday housekeeping. They have pool for adults and kids. Owners and employees really trying best to make you feel comfortable. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Met the owner & she was lovely & very helpful. Old style apartment type room with a view of the bay. Lovely sunrise drinking coffee on the balcony & very nice pool. Close enough to crowded Bodrum to drive over when we wanted. Took the ferry to Kos, Greece from Bodrum. Hotel restaurant was very good which was great because there are very few restaurants within walking distance. Parking a bit of a challenge. Highly recommend staying there.

Çok beğenilesi bir Otel!

Otelimizi çok beğendik. İki gece oda tutmuştuk, ilk geceden sonra bir gece daha uzatmaya karar verdik. Sadece gördüğümüz tek eksik Wi-fi her yerden çekmiyor, sizin resepsiyon ile konuşmanız gerekiyor yükseltici talep etmek için. Tavsiye ederim sessiz sakin, denizi muhteşem. Bodrumun en temiz koyu belki de. Yat sayısı fazla artarsa git gide bu temizliği de kaybedebilir.

Hotel tres bien, les plats proposés au restaurant sont tres bons aussi. Beaucoup de points positifs pour cet hotel. Seul gros point negatif : l’eau de la mer est de temps en temps polluee par les bateaux au large. C’est vraiment dommage car l’eau en temps normal est translucide. Dommage aussi que les autorites turques, contactees pour l’occasion, ne reagissent pas. Dommage pour l’hotel. Sinon tout est tres bien.

Nyt late dager i "lazy town"

Hotellets fasiliteter; maten er ok og renholdet er bra. Rommene er store med separat soverom og med gode muligheter for å sitte ute og kose seg på balkongen. Mesteparten av personalet snakker dårlig eller ikke noe engelsk i det hele tatt, så det er en stor fordel å kunne litt tyrkisk. De er imidlertid imøtekommende og hjelpsomme, så alt ordnet seg til det beste for mitt vedkommende. Hotellet ligger rett på stranden så man kan bade både i bassenget eller i havet. Hotellet ligger i et strøk der veien er stengt med bom på dagtid og kun er åpen for lokaltrafikk på kvelds/nattestid. Det er derfor veldig stille på hotellet og hvis man ønsker late dager på stranda og kun rolige kvelder med god mat og drikke, så passer det perfekt. Hotellet og Torba by passer imidlertid ikke for de som ønsker party og uteliv, samt shoppingmuligheter i nærheten da dette ikke finnes i det hele tatt. Det er imidlertid ikke langt( ca 15-30 min med dolmus) til Bodrum by der det finnes både uteliv og shoppingmuligheter.

Omar Hotel - Torba near Bodrum

Friendly family run hotel overlooking a beautiful bay near a small harbour. Clean spacious rooms, living room with cooking facilities, excellent food, low prices. Helpful staff. Plenty of space around the pool. I met people there who return every year. Excellent place to relax. I will be going back.
