This hotel is set in a great location and is convenient to visit dozens of bars and restaurants. The outdoor seating has some beautiful views across Gumbet. Unfortunately, this 'hotel' is a prime example of how not to run a hotel. The room I was given was dark, dirty and poorly maintain. My friend was given a room that looked better, but sadly their night was spoiled by the air conditioning not working. Maintenance is absolutely minimal. The bar ran out beer, red wine and white wine on 3 seperate occasions even though this is listed as an all inclusive hotel.. The food was marginal at best. Maybe I expected too much. The lack of customer service and communication I experienced màde this a very unpleasant stay. I would not go back. The type of management or lack there of, is a slight on the normally excellent tourism i have experienced countless times in Turkey.

I went place see room so bad smell so bad mold and bleach doesn’t look from website pictures and service and reception he is rude l told him l don’t stay he told me you have to pay one day he tried me so l call police told me l could leave l never see very bad place another people watch out

The personal was kind. But they only speak Turkish. The aircondition didn’t work. There was mould in the room, the paint from the walls was dripping. The window in the room was broken.

Det var problem med strømmen som gikk av og på hele natt. Kjøleskap var ikke koblet, lukt inne på toalett. Rommet trengs en god renovasjon bytte teppe og en god bygge av flis inn på bade. Vurdering er tatt etter jeg var på en 5 hotel på Istanbul
