I had a truly wonderful seven-night stay at Palazzo Resort and Residences Le Chic Bodrum in a superior sea view room with a balcony. The view was stunning and added so much to the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived—special thanks to Serhat, who went above and beyond with his hospitality. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a delicious and varied selection that kept things fresh and enjoyable throughout the week. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

The hotel resort was very well maintained and clean. My wife and I got a suite with a sea view, but the view was fairly obstructed by other buildings in front of us. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of selection, although it does get fairly busy at times. The guest relations manager (Serhat) was great and helped organize a breakfast in our room as we were on our honeymoon.

All staff were respectful, understanding and committed to your needs and wants. Do not be shy to ask for help! They were very helpful in delivering all aspects of what a holiday should be. Enjoyed our stay here and definitely loved the location as it was accessible to Bodrum city center. The taxi is easy to get and is only 10 mins away. Loved the beach area and the water. Loved the king sea view room which had a balcony. What could be better is that the room was clean but weren’t in some spots. Also the lobby wasn’t all that attractive and the rooftop tho looks amazing in pics was always empty and no one was serving there. Didn’t eat at the restaurant either. Breakfast was average and could be better.
