Otelin dubalarındaki yosunlardan kaptığım enfeksiyonla tatilim mahvoldu ve tesis hala orayı temizlememekte ve insanları uyarmamakta inatçı. Odalardaki çarşaflar değişmiyor ve lavabolarda idrar lekeleri var. Yemek çeşiti azdı.kısacası beş yıldızı hak etmeyen bir otel.

Tatil yapılacak bir yer değil.

Hotel çok bakımsız, odalar kirli çarşaflar ve havlular kokuyor, hijyen sıkıntısı var eve dönünce kullanmadığımız elbiselerimizi dahi yıkadık. Klimalar ve minibar 10 - 15 yıllık. Minibar doldurulmuyor, resepsiyona sorduğumda minibar doldurma hizmeti verilmiyor dendi, sadece ilk girişte verilen 1.5 lt lik cansu marka suyu koymanız için var. Club odalara oda servisi yok - içecek sipariş etmek istediğimizde bu cevabı aldık-, havuzda ve sahilde yer bulmak için saat 07:00 da kalkıp yer kapmanız gerekiyor. Yemeklerin çeşiti fazla ama lezzeti çok kötü. Sadece 1 adet yemek salonu var oda 1500 kişiye yetersiz.Yemek sırasında içecek almanız için sıra beklemeniz gerekiyor. bu sıra bazen 5 dakikayı bulabiliyor. Ana binadaki asansörlerin bir kısmı çalışmıyor. Otel çalışanlarından herhangi bir konuda destek almak istediğimizde genelde cevapları bilmiyorum oluyor. (yemek sandalyesi talep ettiğimizde - yoksa hepsi kullanılıyordur gibi lakayıt cevaplar alabiliyorsunuz) Otel sanırım rusya acentalarının 299$ fiyatla tur düzenlediği bir otel. O fiyat edermi derseniz eh işte 1 haftası ancak o kadar eder. 4 gece kaldığım bu otelde her gün tatilin bitmesi için gün saydım. Problemli olan ben miyim diye düşündüm ve bir kaç otel misafiri ile görüştüm. (genelde türk olanlarla) tamamının görüşü benimle aynıydı. İyi tarafı, odalardaki manzara çok güzel, deniz temiz. İyi işletilen bir otel olsa harika bir yer olur.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter -

Einfachmal die Dorfkinder zum Arbeiten ins Hotel geholt null Ahnung können nur Russisch sprechen noch nichtmal richtig türkisch .... Mann muss um 7 Uhr Aufstehen um einen Platz am Pool oder Strand sprich eine Liege zu bekommen. Ich Empfehle dieses Hotel nur Russen und Freunde aus Ukraine aber auf keinen Fall Türken.
