We had a great stay at Avantgarde Refined, the hotel was great and the room was beautiful with a great view. We stayed late in the season (late Sept) so was quieter than usual and all ammenties were not open but staff were still very helpful. The location is a bit remote so does require taxi but they can be arranged quickly and are affordable. Both pool and beach areas are not the biggest but as we stayed during a quieter period this was no issue. Would defintely recommend and would visit again

Nice hotel but a little out of the way. (Marina would be the place i would stay). Staff were good in particular a guy called sergeant who went out of his way to help. An issue for me and friends was the wifi constantly going off and having to re register each time. (an issue when catching up on work)

Service quality and hospitality of the staff was amazing, but the room was small with a very narrow corridor for the rate we have paid and it was not properly furbished. Car Parking and lack of maneuvering space was too limited for people arriving by car. Valet services was not also available at all times.

Overall was ok The beach was so nice and staff very friendly The location was a bit far and you need a car because sometimes hard to get taksi. The breakfast was disappointed. The bed wasn’t comfortable and furniture need renovation

Overall a nice property. Location was pretty and the resort was nice. Over the 4 days we were there we never had maid service once (they never even knocked). The restaurant unfortunately gave me food poisoning. The location had no other food options (not the hotels fault, but just an FYI). We were there early September and getting a taxi was next to impossible - I recommend renting a car during the busy season.

Das Hotel hat auf den ersten Blick einen wirklich tollen Eindruck gemacht – sehr stilvoll, elegant und mit einer luxuriösen Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Einrichtung wirken hochwertig, und ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders loben möchte ich das Personal, alle waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön auch dafür, dass ich das Zimmer deutlich länger als geplant nutzen durfte – das war sehr nett. Etwas enttäuschend war für mich der Zustand von Strand und Pool – hier hätte ich mir bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und Pflege gewünscht. Auch das Frühstück konnte leider nicht ganz überzeugen, es war eher einfach gehalten. Ich hätte persönlich ein typisch türkisches Serpme Kahvaltı gewünscht, Serpme Kahvaltı hätte das Ganze deutlich aufgewertet. Insgesamt finde ich, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz passt, weshalb ich vermutlich nicht noch einmal buchen würde.

Güzel bir tatildi

Ilk defa geldigim bir oteldi. Genel olarak otelden cok memnun kaldik. Beachte calisan personel, resepsion ve room service cok saygili ve güleryüzlüydü. Restaurant bölümünde calisan beyaz gömlekli bir erkek garson hesap detayini istedigimizde biraz ters davrandi yanimizdan birsey söylemeden gidip yerine baskasini bir garsonu yolladi. Hic hos bir davranis degildi oysaki sadece hesap detayini/özetini istemisdik. Bu otel tam cocuklu aileler icin bir otel. Etrafta o yuzden cok cocuk sesleri ve genel olarak cocuklar icin aktiviteter var. Biz yetiskin bir grup/aile olarak gittik o yüzden biraz canimiz sïkïldí cünkü hic bir bar ortami yoktu ve gündúz beachte müzik bile yoktu. Otel odasindan bile cocuk sesleri cok fazla geliyor. O yüzden yetiskin cocuksuz bir cift veya grupsaniz genel olarak sakinlik ve genc yetiskinler icin bir tatil bakiyorsaniz baska alternatifler tercih etmenizi öneririm onun disinda otel gayet güzel.

Odalar 3 kisi için çok küçük

Otelde 2 gece konakladık. Otel genel anlamda güzel dekore edilmiş. Hemen deniz kenarında bir kumsalı ve 2 iskelesi var. Deniz kalitesi ilk başlarda kum sonra ot var. Ben bu oda fiyatına daha kaliteli deniz beklerdim. Genel anlamda personel güler yüzlü ve işini biliyor. Yemek menüsü biraz anlaşılır değil. Odalar güzel dekore edilmiş ama 3 kişi için çok küçük. Odaya konulan ek yatak tüm boş alanı kapsıyor. Balkona geçmek çok zor oluyor. Odadaki sandalye ve masayı balkona çıkartmamıza rahmen yine sıkışıktı. Bu ara ek yatak hiç rahat değil. Verilen ücret için odalar olmamış. Bodrum için bile.

Some of the staff was super helpful, kind and attentive. It was mostly due to those key staff members that we had a good time. Esp. Mr. Lokman! Also our room was upgraded to a larger room to accommodate our kid better, which we were very thankful for. The property has a nice kids pool, activity area for young kids and a nice cosy beach. However the facility(or staff) did not seem to be ready for the season during our stay. Food and drinks service was really slow(and the menu could use some upgrades, we overheard the kitchen was understaffed). All in all would recommend to families with kids assuming they fix their service which lacked when key members were not present.

Relaxing stay

The hotel is in an excellent location in Yalikavak, just outside of the main town area, which makes it very relaxing and calm. The hotel beach is just perfect for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in the sun. The room (Sea View), with balcony was also very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Gönül rahatlığıyla kalacak olduğunuz bir otel. Not: Müsaitlik olduğu için odayı uprage edildi müşteri memnuniyeti ön planda. Fakat çıkış için minibarı kontrol etmek istiyorlar sizler 10 dk bekliyorsunuz. Yurtiçi yurtdışı konaklama yaptığım sayısız otellerden hiç biri minibarı kontrol etmek istememişti artık önceden yaşanan bir olumsuzluk nedeniyle mi böyle bir uygulama var bilemiyorum ama beklememek için sanırım çıkış öncesinde haber vermek lazım kontrol etmeleri için.

Temizlik, çalışanların ilgisi ve özellikle kahvaltısı çok iyi idi Sadece yediğim hamburger ve yanındaki cipsi beğenmedim.Deniz ve iskeleside güzel.Ekstra yediklerimizin fiyatı tüm bodrum geneli gibi pahalı idi :(

Otel rezervasyonu yaparken gördüğümüz oda fotoğrafları ile gerçeği birbirini yansıtmıyor. Bavullarımızı açmak için odada zar zor yer açabildik. Duşakabinde duşluk kırılmak üzere gevşemişti. Duş jeli, saç kremi gibi şeyler bulundurulmamıştı. Banyo havluları çıkmayan lekelerle doluydu. O nedenle hijyenik gelmedi. Otelin konumundan dolayı sadece plajını kullandık ve plajdaki hizmetten memnun kaldık.

Personeli İyi Bir Otel

Öncelikle doğum günüm için yaptıkları zarif kutlama için teşekkür ederim. Geçen yıl da kaldığımız bir oteldi. Konumu güzel, otelin içinde sergi olması da ayrıca güzel. Kahvaltısı da güzel ve yeterli. Personel ilgili; hepsine teşekkür ederiz. Geçen sene suit odada kalmıştık, daha ferah ve özenliydi. Bu sene bahçe tarafı odada kaldık. Bahçe, duvarla oda arası olan pis bir alan. Bu seneki oda temizliği de iyi değildi maalesef. Otoparkı çok kısıtlı. Sunulan olanaklara göre fiyat yüksek.
