The room was a little rundown. We paid the same price for the Holiday Inn resort per night as we did this and the quality of the room and hotels was large. However, it was all inclusive (we had breakfast) which was somewhat lackluster and had a pool. During the off-season (we stayed in September) there was no shuttle to the “private” beach as suggested on the website. The redeeming aspect was the level of service they provided. We arrived at 4am, and check in is at 3pm. We expected to drop our bags and perhaps chill by the pool but the receptionist allowed us to sleep in a spare room and freshen up and then at midday switch to a better room (presumably the room we stayed in initially was not used for guests). This was greatly appreciated.

Kötü konaklama deneyimi

Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel. Öncelikle yemeklerden bahsetmek istiyorum. Her şey dahil konseptiyle gittiğiniz otelde akşam yemeğinde ana yemek çeşidi sadece 2 adetle sınırlı. Onda da sağolsun işletme paradan kısabilmek için elinde geleni yapmış.. Ana yemek tavuktan ibaretken zavallı misafirlerlerin karnını doyurabilmek için 2 çeşit makarna 1 çeşit pilav bulunuyor. Aynı zamanda her şey dahil konsepti ile gittiğiniz bir otelde Türk kahvesinin ekstraya dahil olduğu söyleniyor. Siz her şey dahil paralar dökerken onlar Türk kahvesinden bile alacaklarının hesabına düşüyor… odaların temizliği pek iyi değil ama idare eder. Lavaboda musluk yerinden çıkık bir şekilde kullanımına devam ediliyor. Ortak alanda kullanılan havuzun temizliği çok iyi değil içerisinde yüzen parçacıklar görülüyor. Havuzun kenarlarında bulunan şezlonglar kırık dökük bir halde. Aaa bir de malesef beachleri yok ancak anlaşmalı oldukları bir beach var. Anlaşmalı oldukları beachte erkek popülasyonu çok fazla. Kız kıza ya da çift olarak gidilecek bir yer değil. Ama erkek erkeğe gitmek isteyenler tercih edebilir. Bizim için kötü bir deneyimdi tekrar tercih etmeyiz.

Ben hayatımda bu kadar berbat bir otel görmedim her şey dahil diye geldik yemek çıkmıyor kahvaltısı ayrı berbat akşam yemeği ayrı berbat 3 gün boyunca snackde nugget ve makarna verdiler alkol deseniz saat 21.00 da alkol bitiyor yeni açamıyoruz diyorlar böyle bir sistem olabilir mi odamızda 3 gün boyunca su buz gibiydi ve hiçbir çözüm sunulamadı çünkü bir kaç oda hariç hepsi bozukmuş asla çözülmüyor resepsiyon sürekli geçiştiriyor biz giriş yaparken önümüzde 3-4 ayrı ziyaretçi farklı şikayetlerde bulundu havuzun başındaki şezlonglar bile axess in verdiği saçma sapan şeylerle örtülü şezlongların yarısı kırık yani bir otel ne kadar kötü olabilirse ondanda kötü bir otel çalışanlar sanki küfür etmişiz gibi davranıyor her biri cins cins tavırlarda resmen rezalet ötesi bir deneyimdi normalde asla böyle yorumlar yapmayız fakat gitmek isteyen düşünen varsa gitmesin bu otelin mühürlenmesi lazım 3 kere el değiştirmiş zaten çok kötü bundan daha beter bir otel olamaz odanın her tarafı örümcek ağlarıyla kaplıydı buna değinmiyorum bile paranıza yazık günah o kadar yol geleceksiniz belki değmez yapmayın bir çok kişiyle tanıştık kalanlardan hepsi geldiğine bin pişman en fazla ne olabilir ki demeyin rezalet bir otel biz yandık siz yanmayın

Otel fiyat performans anlamında konaklanabilir seviyede. Personel iyi niyetli yalnız tecrübe ve yeterlilik olarak eksik. Yemekler doyurucu ama genel anlamda menü çok kısıtlı 3 öğün içinde bu şekilde. Yemek yeme alanları çok sıcak. Resmen sıcaktan yemek yiyemiyorsunuz. Odanız dışında otelde serin bir alan malesef yok. Klima var yalnız çalıştırmıyorlar. İçecek servisinin 23:00’da bitmesi kötü. Çünkü sıcak saatlerde zaten havuz başında oturmak imkansız gibi 1-2 ye kadar uzatılsa iyi olurdu.

Fiyat üstü bir otel ancak tabii ki eksikleri var.Bunları söylemem gerekirse resepsiyonda arkadaşlar iyi kalpli ancak üşengeçler, ulaşabilirseniz yardımcı oluyolar ancak yetmiyor iletişim bakımından.Onun dışında otele gitmeden önce verilen bilgileri çok dikkate almayın çünkü çok aynı olmuyor özellikle oda özellikleri ve yatak seçiminde.Otel anlaşmalı olduğu plaja götürüyor, deniz için kendi plajı yok ve yiyip içmek için baskı oluyor üstünüzde.İyi olarakta açık büfesi ve hizmeti çok iyi.İçicek bölümünde eksikler olsada hizmet çok iyi.Havuz girilebilcek kadar temiz.Işıklandırma ve otelin genel görünümü göz estetiği olarak tatmin edici.Oda servisinde temizlik istediğiniz zaman yapılıyor ancak oda da Tv yoktu ve tavan lambası çalışmıyordu.Wifi sadece ortak alanlarda aktik odalarda yok.Havuz görevlisi her zaman görevinin başında ve yardımcı oluyor.Tekrar ve tekrar açık büfesi gerçekten takdir edilebilir.

Otele girişte 2 ayrı oda rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen yeterli odanın olmadığını bu yüzden tek odada 4 kişi kalabileceğimizi söyledi.rezervasyondaki oda tipi yerine farklı bir oda verilmeye çalışıldı.gösterdikleri oda terk edilmiş uzun süre faliyette olmayan her yeri hasarlı kirli odaydı.tabi kabul etmedik.uzun uğraşlar sonrasında bir tane oda bulundu fakat o oranında oda kartı yoktu.temizlikçi oda kartıyla odayı açabildik.otele gelen herkes sorun yaşıyordu,resepsiyonda kayıt esnasında şahit oldum.kesinlikle turizm bakanlığı bu otelin sertifikasını iptal etmeli.
