Wonderful staff and great location

A great holiday celebrating our anniversary. This is a newly refurbished building not far from Bitez beach and restaurants main strip. Initial disappointment being placed in a dark basement room but the staff accommodated a room change request to a bigger room - still dark as no balconies for superior double rooms so make sure you realise this. Room was cleaned every day. All staff work so hard and the owner was friendly. Breakfast is not a buffet and is Turkish breakfast so be prepared. For 14 days we found this the weak point as there was a lot of wastage due to food being served at tables by the wonderful breakfast team. Do ask for eggs to your liking as initially given omelette but realised after several days we could request fried eggs. They also do boiled. Still, a recommendation would be to set up a buffet style breakfast and people can select what they want without wasting food. Pool is lovely and a good temperature as facing the sun. No fight for sun-beds as other guests went to the beach. Very relaxed. Some vibrant music being played poolside. I wanted to thank all the teams including breakfast and cleaning but in particularly Azad, Koray, Gokhan and Umut. We hope to return but to book a junior suite this time so we get a private balcony.

There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things minimum twice for room service, fresh towels, water etc. You can’t just ask once, you need to ask a couple of times for them to provide you the amenities. The bathroom in room 207 kept leaking water so we pretty much had water daily in the bathroom which I think is really unhygienic, dirty and awful. I like the hotel but not sure whether I’ll stay there again

보드룸을 방문할때 2박하였는데 방도 깨끗하고 수영장도 어른들도 이용하기에 좋았습니다. 수영장깊이는 140cm에 크기도 어른들이 놀기에도 적당했어요. 아침조식도 훌륭했고 모든 스텝들이 열심히 일하고 있어서 좋은 인상을 받았어요. 바닷가에서도 가까웠고 도보 3분거리에 레스토랑과 카페들이 줄지어 있는 바닷가 거리는 훌륭했습니다

Ailemiz İle Birlikte Güzel Bir Tatil Geçirdik!

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık, oda ve genel alanlar oldukça temizdi. Restoran fiyatları da oldukça uygundu, tercihen dışarı çıkıp yemek yemektense, otel restoranı tercih etmek çok mantıklı geldi bizlere. 2 yaşındaki çocuğumuz için de güzel bir deneyim oldu, menüde yer almamasına rağmen çocuğumuzun yemek yemesi için bir sürü ekstra yemeği sunmuş olmaları bizleri çok mutlu etti. Otel konum olarak sahile çok yakın, Bitez plajına ise 10 dk. mesafede yer alıyor. Otelde görevli tüm personel güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili.

Das Hotel ist neu und daher alles im sehr guten Zustand, die Zimmer waren großzügig und sehr ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und man hat immer Mitarbeiter gesehen, die die Pflanzen gegossen haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das leckere Frühstück, wir waren begeistert! Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und wir haben gerne dort in Ruhe gefrühstückt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Yeni bir otel olduğu için odalar çok konforluydu. Ailemle keyifli üç gün geçirdik. Sadece köşede kalan odalar biraz havasız olabilir çünkü sadece avluya/koridora bakan küçük pencereleri var. Biz odalarımızı yükselterek daha büyük odalara geçtik, çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi. Bir daha gelsem özellikle konumu nedeniyle yine burayı tercih edebilirim.

Çok kötü

40 yaşına geldim böyle eksik ve yetersiz yönetilen başka bir otelde kalmadım. Odamızdaki banyoda ilk geceden itibaren yaşadığımız su sorunu için 3 kez bilgi vermemize rağmen bir aksiyon almadılar. Oda değişikliği talebimiz de yoğunluk olduğu gerekçesiyle kabul edilmedi. Her duş alışımızda banyo ve ayak havlusu sızan sular yüzünden su içinde kaldı. Islak bir alanda tuvaleti kullanıp odaları temiz tutmak da bizim için bir mücadeleye döndü. Restaurant kısmı ise eksik personel nedeniyle her gün aynı telaş içinde hizmet veriyordu. Küçük çocuklara istenilen pankek gibi kahvaltılığın da bugün yapamıyoruz şeklinde dönüşü ilk defa karşılaştığımız bir davranış oldu. Garson çocukların özverisi ile dönüyorlar. Oda temizliği ve havlu değişikliği eksik personel nedeniyle yapılmıyor. Söylemenize rağmen kimse gelmiyor, oda sabah bırakıldığı gibi oluyor. 5 gece kaldık , peşin ödemeseydik ikinci gece başka yer arardık. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Hem paranıza yazık, hem sinir harbi içinde geçiyor..
